ROAD SERVICE RATES (EXCEPT FOR TRANSPORTATION) ARE BASED ON75 MILEMAXIMUMRADIUS FROM HARVEY RV & MARINE
- SERVICE CALL-$125.00 + ROAD SERVICE LABOR
- ROAD SERVICE LABOR- $135.00/HR
- RV/BOAT TRANSPORT- $2.50/MILE + $75 FLAT RATE FEE

ROAD SERVICE & WARRANTY COVERAGE
Manufacturer warranties do not cover road service calls
Manufacturer warranties will
cover the parts and labor associated
with the individual coveredrepairs ONLY.
If you choose to have the service you
require performed on site the
appropriatefees will apply.
Extended warranty policies do often
cover a single road service call per
incident up to $125.00
All
scheduled services utilizing extended
warranty policies must be pre-authorized
by theextended warranty company and are
subject to approval based on the
coverages purchasedwithin the individual
policy. Any applicable deductible
negotiated as part of the contract will
beadded in addition to the appropriate
service fee(s). The extended warranty
policy coverage forroad service is
typically limited to a single visit.
Should multiple visits be required,
standard roadservice fees will apply on
any subsequent visits needed to complete
the repairs.
Payment for all
on-site services can be paid by credit
card or personal check with
properidentification directly to the
service technician, or if you choose,

credit card over the phone







MOBILE SERVICE POLICY
- All service appointments are scheduled on a first available basis.
- All service appointments will be scheduled regionally on the following repeating weekly schedule.
Monday: Eastern Region
Tuesday: Northern Region
Wednesday: Western Region
Thursday: Southern Region
Friday: Local Region
Due to the vast size of our service coverage area, no appointment “arrival” time will be scheduled past 2pm on any given day
Manufacturer warranties will cover the parts and labor associated with the individual coverable repairs only. Should you choose, for your convenience, to have the service you require performed on site the appropriate fees will apply.
